  3. Director of Sales and Marketing
    [2024-2026]
    • Member of company management, contributing to strategic direction and organizational development.
    • Led global sales and marketing, responsible for key accounts, enterprise software sales, and international space and defense markets.
    • Introduced structured pipeline management and forecasting, with reporting to CEO and board.
    • Strengthened commercial governance through trade compliance and export control policies, in collaboration with external legal counsel.
    • Expanded digital marketing, brand positioning, and top-of-funnel lead generation, collaborating with external agencies and recruiting a Marketing Manager.

    • Managed day-to-day operations, including recruitment and leadership of a four-person sales and marketing team.
